Kadesh Laveh is a joinery firm in Hermanus,
known for its stylish kitchens and solid joinery.
The owner is Karel Keyser, born in Hoopstad in the Free State. He matriculated in Hertzogville and woodwork was one of his subjects. But after school woodwork was at first just a hobby. But steadily and surely the conviction grew in Karel's heart that woodwork was what he was born to do.
And so - in 2002 Karel opened the doors of Kadesh Laveh - which means Dedicated to the Lord - in another small Free State town called Koffiefontein. After the mine closed down in Koffiefontein Karel and his family moved to Hermanus in 2005 and started all over again. In 2007 Kadesh Laveh re-opened its doors - this time in the picturesque and wonderful city of Hermanus.
Starting out as a very small business it has grown steadily over the last couple of years into a well-known, respected family firm with excellent workmanship because of outstanding workmen, as well as personal supervision. This combination results in clients that are satisfied and happy as their work gets done on time and without hassles and with the quality finish they deserve. We always strive to give our clients more than they bargained for!
3D Designs are one of our other specialties and hours of work are put into creating the perfect setup for each client.
Our latest addition in the firm is an array of furniture that allows us to showcase our excellent workmanship and adds a new dimension to our overall overture.
